Required skills: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cannabis cultivation or a related agricultural field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sustainable cultivation practices and green technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective cultivation strategies that maximize yield and quality.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and the community.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
