Location: On-Site - Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$37/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Craftsman with strong handyman experience to join our team in Seattle! You'll handle a wide range of general repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring our clients receive high-quality service every time.

This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and enjoys interacting with customers while taking pride in their workmanship.

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Drywall
• Electrical

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. 
Must have your own vehicle. 

Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized tools

Requirements

What You’ll Need (Must-Have Criteria)

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Must have your own tools
• Ability to operate a tablet for job documentation and workflow management
