Description
As a Corporate Maintenance Planner at Balance Staffing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities across our organization. Your typical day will involve interacting with various departments to communicate effectively, directing team members, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You'll also be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and enhancing productivity. Your ability to utilize CMMS software and leverage your computer skills in the MS Office platform will be essential to your success in this role.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others.
- Strong problem-solving skills to recognize and implement process improvements.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with various CMMS software.
- Extensive working knowledge of CMMS systems.
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the USA up to 20% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Experience in planning and coordinating maintenance schedules in an industrial or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Previous experience with project management methodologies.
