To support our continued growth, seeking an experienced copywriter to create world-class content and messaging for our clients' diverse marketing, sales and recruiting needs (including website copy, blogging, SEO content, client messaging projects and more). In this role, you will be responsible for planning and writing irresistible copy (on-time and on-budget) that achieves objectives and meets/exceeds clients' expectations.

How You Will Truly Make an Impact 

• By living our mission and core values, you'll help us create better marketing for the staffing industry.
• Write compelling website, SEO content (long-form articles and web pages), blog posts and client messaging strategies to match each client's business goals.
• Turn dry topics into irresistible content.
• Develop versatility as you gain experience to write other forms of copy (e.g., brochures and sales collateral, articles, slide decks, direct marketing campaigns, eBooks, case studies and more) and create content plans.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements: 

• 2+ years of multimedia copywriting (experience writing website copy is essential)
• Understanding of messaging strategy: how to develop the right message for each client and project
• Working knowledge of SEO, blogging, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and content planning
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Open to constructive feedback to self-edit and build skills
