Role Mandate:
We are seeking a skilled Editorial & Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine content that is both technically accurate and highly relevant for our diverse employee and HR audiences.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Work closely with subject matter experts to understand complex information and translate it into clear, concise, and engaging content.
Write and edit a variety of content types for internal employee and HR audiences.
Write content for modular (headless) systems following standardized templates.
Ensure all content is technically accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with company standards.
Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and audiences.
Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience (4-6 years) in technical writing and editorial roles
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts
Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interpersonal and communication skills with experience with working knowledge of content management systems and user editing tools
Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, translating them into digestible content
Proficiency in UX best practices, content design and SEO

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
