Description

As a Copy Supervisor at Omnicom Health Group, you will play a vital role in leading a team of talented copywriters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing the development of compelling copy for various healthcare marketing projects, ensuring that all materials are accurate and align with project objectives. You'll provide feedback and guidance to your team members, foster a creative work environment, and collaborate closely with account managers and creatives to develop strategies that resonate with our audience. In addition to managing projects, you will also be tasked with reviewing work for quality and adherence to FDA guidelines.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant advertising agency experience in either a consumer or pharmaceutical setting.
• 1 to 3 years of experience supervising copywriters.
• Exceptional writing skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to utilize creativity in writing to engage and inform target audiences.
• Good working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Some familiarity with the creation and presentation of scientific tables and statistical data.
• Honed presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicable FDA regulations related to healthcare advertising.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all materials.
• Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings as required.
