✅ JOB DESCRIPTION — Shift Lead (Event Lead)

The Shift Lead represents WorkWhile on-site to both workers and the client. They are responsible for ensuring the shift runs smoothly from start to finish. Duties include:

• Arriving early to meet with the client and prepare the site.

• Using the WorkWhile app to manage the roster, clock workers in/out, communicate, and track attendance.

• Greeting and checking in workers, ensuring they meet uniform standards.

• Addressing issues in real-time, supporting the team, and assisting where needed.

• Communicating with the client and WorkWhile Support throughout the shift.

• Conducting a thorough check-out process, including verifying attendance and timesheets.

• Submitting the client’s timesheet promptly after the shift.

• Leaving the event site clean and confirming client satisfaction before departure.
