Start your new career as a Control Equipment Technician with MAU at Milliken Gerrish in Pendleton, SC. As a Control Equipment Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain control equipment and systems to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and product quality.

What We Offer
- Pay range: $24.90 – $29.18 per hour
- 7-day rotating shift schedule (3-week cycle with built-in overtime)
- Week 1: 48 hours
- Week 2: 46 hours
- Week 3: 54 hours
- Includes 1st shift (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. / 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.)

- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or control systems
- Background in one of the following (or similar) fields strongly preferred:
- Electrical Technician
- Industrial Systems Technician
- Mechatronics Technician
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability
- Solid math skills and ability to interpret technical documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds in hot and cold environments
- Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
- Audit and maintain safety equipment in the department
- Support production by diagnosing and correcting machine issues quickly
- Set equipment to proper specifications to ensure product quality
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and equipment reliability
- Act as relief operator as needed and perform other duties as assigned
