Contract Representative
Pay Rate: $20.15/hour, paid weekly
Location: Fully Remote (City, State must be listed on resume)
Schedule:
6 week training -Training schedule 6:30 am – 3 pm (PST)
Schedule after training – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (in worker's time zone) Mon – Fri 
Assignment Length: through December 31, 2025, potential for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance and business need
Target Start Date: 6/16/2025, pending completion of new hire onboarding

Role Overview

• Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Contracts. Issues tend to be routine in nature.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Contracts and business/operating processes and procedures.
• Reviews and analyzes implementation materials to create documents for new and existing business.
• Analyzes benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
• Loads benefits into system.
• Researches, coordinates information, and responds to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
• May be the first point of contact from customer to resolve issues.
• Identifies process improvements for own cases.
• Negotiates deliverables with internal partners.
• May audit accounts to determine compliance with specific mandates.
• Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills - 60-65WPM, provide typing test results on resume. If no results are on resume, resume will be rejected.
• Well versed in standard medical terminology required
• Able to complete 6 week training without attendance issues
