What You'll Do:

• Be the ultimate resource for guests, providing expert recommendations and making reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and local attractions across Myrtle Beach.

• Showcase an in-depth understanding of all resort amenities, services, and daily activities, ensuring guests maximize their stay with us.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized solutions, going above and beyond to create memorable moments.

• Manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate records and utilize our Property Management System (PMS) effectively to streamline guest services.

• Collaborate seamlessly with various resort departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.

• Uphold our high standards of service, following all prescribed procedures and guidelines with meticulous attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $27 - $32 hourly depending on experience
