Join the excitement of live entertainment with FELD Entertainment’s Sacramento – Live Retail Team! We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to help create lasting memories for families and fans.

As an Event Retail & Photo Booth Associate, you’ll operate digital photo booths, assist guests with their photo experiences, and sell photo and merchandise packages. You’ll also support concession-style operations—helping prepare simple items, maintain workstations, and ensure each visitor enjoys a seamless, fun experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate photo booths and digital imaging equipment at event venues.

• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with photo sessions and purchases.

• Process payments and operate POS or credit card terminals.

• Assemble and restock merchandise, photo packages, or concessions.

• Prepare simple concession-style items such as shaved ice, popcorn, or cotton candy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

• Follow all dress code and appearance standards.

• Stand and move for extended periods during shifts, occasionally lifting light to moderate equipment.

• Support team setup and breakdown of photo or retail stations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in photo booth operations, digital imaging, concessions, or retail preferred.

• Strong customer service skills, especially working with families and children.

• Ability to quickly learn new technology or equipment.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and maintaining a positive attitude in busy settings.

• Must be punctual, reliable, and available for all scheduled event shifts.

• Must adhere to strict appearance standards:

  • No facial hair

  • Natural hair color only

  • All tattoos covered

  • White long-sleeved, ironed collared shirt

  • Solid black pants (no jeans, joggers, leggings, or yoga pants)

  • Solid black, flat, closed-toe shoes

  • No face piercings, minimal jewelry
