🔍 What You’ll Do

• Create and solve advanced Computer Science problems and coding challenges.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs, scoring based on logic, accuracy, and clarity.

• Develop grading rubrics and define what a perfect solution looks like.

• Coach AI systems to improve their self-evaluation, problem-solving, and creativity.

• Collaborate with other subject-matter experts and AI researchers.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Author domain-specific tasks, including algorithm, systems, data structure, and theory problems.

• Flag logical errors, safety concerns, or ethical issues in model responses.

• Rephrase, optimize, and test instructional prompts for clarity and effectiveness.

• Participate in sync-ups or campaign-specific feedback sessions.

• Apply consistent judgment while multitasking between grading, coaching, and authoring.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

Must-Have:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science (MS or PhD)

• Native or near-native proficiency in English

Nice-to-Have:

• Teaching/tutoring experience at the university level

• Published academic research or peer-reviewed papers

• Prior industry experience in Computer Science or software engineering

💵 Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $15 to $30 USD/hour (based on qualifications and task complexity)
