Position Summary

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying repair or replacement needs, installing and maintaining HVAC systems, assisting other skilled trades, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available at the job site.

Essential Job Functions

• Troubleshoot technical problems and identify failed components

• Professionally communicate with customers and office personnel

• Complete and turn in all required paperwork daily

• Work independently, setting and meeting goals

• Perform tasks with ownership, responsibility, and urgency

• Travel to customer locations throughout the greater Houston area

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, including safe driving practices

• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for 24/7 on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician

• Valid driver's license

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• High initiative and ability to work in a self-directed team environment

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism
