About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing company in High Point, NC. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with the chance to grow in a stable industrial environment. The CNC Machinist will program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality metal components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

• Write programs and set up CNC machines to run to required specifications.

• Operate mills and lathes in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Work with fractions and measurements down to the thousandth of an inch.

• Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Support overtime needs as required.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year of CNC experience
✅ Full programming and setup ability
✅ Familiarity with G-code/M-code and Fanuc controls
✅ Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances
✅ Metal manufacturing experience preferred
