What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- At least 1 year of CNC experience - required
- Ability to lift 15–40 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus
- Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)
What You’ll Do as a CNC Operator:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks
- Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Accurately enter production and quality data into systems
- Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks
- Identify and report quality issues promptly
- Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support process improvements
