Are you a strategic, detail-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and operations? Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager to drive critical initiatives that enhance clinical trial operations and advance the future of research.

Location: Boston, MA (onsite 1-2 times/month)

Hours: Monday - Friday

Duration: temporary, about 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects that support clinical research systems and technology applications.
• Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and barriers to success across multiple initiatives.
• Bridge communication between clinical, research, and technical teams—translating complex needs into clear, actionable plans.
• Lead program planning, documentation, and reporting efforts to keep leadership aligned and informed.
• Leverage tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to track progress, milestones, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in clinical research, with at least 4 years in program or project management.
• A proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams).
• Pay Rate $36 per hour-$55 per hour depending on experience
