What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs occasionally)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
- Comfortable working with chemical processes and wearing PPE
What You’ll Do as a Chemical Packager:
- Package granular products into plastic bags: fill, seal, mark, box, and palletize
- Assist with batch production, including handling bulk bags and liquid totes
- Package liquid products into bottles: fill, weigh, seal, mark, box, and palletize
- Operate forklifts to transport materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy for packaging operations
- Participate in team meetings and discussions
- Support other areas of the plant as needed
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
