Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or in a relevant culinary role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience in professional kitchens.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
