Location: London / St. Thomas, ON
Pay Rate: $18.35 – $22.07 per hour
Employment Type: Casual / Seasonal
Schedule: Various shifts
Overtime: Averaging Agreement (AA) – Overtime after 88 hours

Responsibilities

As a Casual Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across various client sites. Duties include:

Conducting proactive interior and exterior patrols
Assisting visitors, clients, and staff during emergencies or incidents
Responding to alarms and security situations promptly and professionally
De-escalating conflict and liaising with emergency responders when required
Providing First Aid and medical response when necessary
Maintaining accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation
Managing Lost & Found items according to site procedures
Building strong, professional relationships with clients and team members
Following site-specific protocols and direction from Paladin leadership

Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved provider)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Valid G2 or G Driver’s License
