Job Title: Care Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (USD) – Weekly Pay
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding
Schedule: Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 7AM–7PM CST (as assigned)
Training Schedule: 8AM–5PM CST, Monday–Friday for the first 4–6 weeks (virtual attendance mandatory)

Position Overview:

We're hiring Care Coordinators to support patients through the enrollment and access process for prescribed therapies. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, handling documentation, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring quality support throughout the patient's journey. This is a full-time, remote position. All equipment is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and complete accurate referrals/applications using internal systems

• Resolve patient concerns and provide updates regarding their case status

• Accurately enter and maintain patient data while speaking on the phone

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or program guidance

• Deliver high-quality, empathetic support to every patient interaction

• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other referral sources

• Manage each patient's case from initial contact to program outcome

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2–4 years of customer-facing or call center experience preferred

• Familiarity with pharmacy or insurance billing is a plus

Required Skills:

• Minimum 40 WPM typing speed

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Empathetic and patient-centric tone

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Comfortable using video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams

• Able to multitask while managing high call volumes

• Independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented

• Adheres strictly to attendance and productivity expectations

Remote Work Requirements:

• Must reside in the U.S.

• High-speed internet connection required (no Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot):
