Job Description

Elevated Roots is seeking an experienced and motivated Dispensary Shift Lead to help oversee daily retail operations and support our team in delivering an exceptional cannabis experience. The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains compliance, and ensures smooth, efficient shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous cannabis retail experience required
• Lead and support sales associates during daily operations
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and product education
• Coach team members to uphold Elevated Roots’ standards of professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor

• 1–3 years of cannabis retail experience required
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong understanding of state cannabis compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle cash and inventory with accuracy
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks
