The Cannabis Production & Packaging Associate is responsible for preparing, labeling, and packaging cannabis flower and infused products in compliance with state regulations and company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, consistency, and accuracy across all packaging operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. This position requires precision in weighing, labeling, and tracking products, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

•  Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products in accordance with state regulations and internal SOPs.
•  Maintain precise inventory and product tracking using the company’s software systems.
•  Ensure all products are packaged and presented to Elevated Roots’ quality standards.
•  Support production line operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day.
•  Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to uphold compliance and product integrity.
•  Manage time efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals.
•  Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and consistent output.

•  Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and packaging
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
