Cannabis Production Associate

**About the Role:**
Our client, a leading cannabis manufacturer and distributor based in Brooklyn, is seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join their growing team. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple product lines, including pre-rolls, flower, edibles, vapes, and beverages. Candidates will rotate between departments and gain exposure to every stage of production while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in cannabis manufacturing. No previous industry experience is required, just a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
**Job Overview:**
Candidates should be adaptable and open to supporting multiple departments based on daily operational needs. Duties may include:
* Pre-roll production
* Packaging
* Edibles preparation
* General facility support
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate high capacity pre roll equipment
* Assist with weighing, packaging, and labeling of flower, edibles, beverages, and concentrates
* Support vape cartridge filling and assembly using various oils and hardware types
* Flex between roles based on daily production needs including pre rolls, edibles, flower, and vapes
* Follow strict quality control standards and ensure product consistency
* Maintain sanitation and wear PPE including hairnets, masks, and gloves
* Work closely with teammates to meet production goals in a fast paced setting
* Complete daily checklists and ensure accurate product tracking
**Qualifications:**
* No cannabis experience required, just bring reliability and a willingness to learn
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
* Positive, team focused mindset and strong attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or production tasks
* Must be eligible to work in New York and able to comply with all state cannabis requirements
