We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Gummy Technician to join our cannabis production team in Somerset, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with prior kitchen or food manufacturing experience who is interested in working in a fast-growing industry. The Gummy Technician will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, molding, and packaging of cannabis-infused gummies while adhering to food safety and compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in all aspects of gummy production, including mixing, cooking, pouring, and demolding * Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to ensure consistency and dosage compliance * Operate and clean kitchen equipment according to SOPs * Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment * Follow batch records and document production data precisely * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines * Identify and communicate any equipment issues or quality concerns to management **Qualifications:** * ServSafe certification (required) * Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing setting (required) * Familiarity with gummy or candy-making processes (preferred but not required) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures * Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry in New Jersey **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly wage * Paid lunch break * Opportunity to grow in a licensed cannabis facility _About Vangst:_ _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
