Location: Kingston, MA

Schedule: Full-Time Wenesday-Saturday 6am-4:30pm

The Cannabis Cultivation Technician supports all day-to-day growing operations at our state-of-the-art Kingston facility. Responsibilities include watering, pruning, transplanting, and monitoring plant health to ensure consistent, high-quality flower production.

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with plant care, including feeding, pruning, and cleaning grow areas
• Monitor environmental conditions and report any issues to the cultivation team
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and inventory tracking
• Support harvest and post-harvest activities as needed
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED** required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods)
• Ability to follow SOPs and work well in a team
