We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Chocolate Technician to join our cannabis manufacturing team in Somerset, NJ. This role focuses on producing high-quality cannabis-infused chocolate products while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Candidates with a culinary background, particularly in chocolate work or confectionery, are encouraged to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the tempering, molding, and finishing of cannabis-infused chocolate products * Follow precise formulations and batch records to ensure accurate dosing and consistency * Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety and cannabis manufacturing standards * Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products * Package and label chocolate products according to compliance requirements * Record production data and report deviations or issues to supervisors **Qualifications:** * ServSafe certification (required) * Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or chocolate production (required) * Familiarity with chocolate tempering and confectionery techniques (preferred) * Excellent attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the NJ cannabis industry **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly wage * Paid lunch break * Hands-on experience in a licensed cannabis facility with room for advancement _\*\*About Vangst:\*\*_ _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
