Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about our diverse range of products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and more.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and package orders for delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety protocols.
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the retail area and during deliveries.
- Stay informed about the latest cannabis trends and product offerings to provide the best service possible.

Required skills: - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

Desired skills:

- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
