In general, these analysts will provide detailed analysis of our performance using a variety of data sources. Once KPIs and targets are learned, they will use this to provide insight into key trends on performance, demand drivers, cost implications, and opportunities.

General Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data, identifying anomalies
Deliver analytical reporting, recommending enhancement solutions for efficiency where appropriate
Ensure accurate documentation of data elements, reports, and processes/procedures
Follow processes and protocols for ensuring quality reporting and analysis
Identify ways to ensure data integrity and validate reporting results to deliver a high degree of confidence in the final outcome
Perform ad hoc analysis as needed, support special projects, and UAT as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Mathematics (or 5 years of relevant work experience in business, statistical or data analysis)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL
Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight
Ability to identify obstacles and develop solutions
Strong organizational and time management
Effective communicator - written and verbal
Self-accountability with high standards of personal performance
Proper general business acumen and professional maturity
