Job Summary:
Fixed Income Cash Client Service Group (CSG) – Global Securities Operations
The Fixed Income Cash CSG supports institutional clients across all fixed income products and markets and forms part of the wider Global Securities Operations department, which also includes Trade Support Groups. As a client-facing team within Operations, CSG is responsible for delivering exceptional service across the full trade lifecycle from post-execution through to settlement.
The group operates in a dynamic, high-performance environment, responding rapidly to client needs and evolving market developments. Roles within CSG are varied, challenging, and rewarding, requiring adaptability, technical knowledge, and strong client service skills.
The department consists of 22 professionals organized into small teams of approximately five Analysts/Associates, each reporting to a Team Leader and ultimately to a Director.

Client Services Group (CSG) Representative
  • Executed daily processing tasks in a high-risk, fast-paced environment to support client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and minimizing operational risk.
  • Built and maintained strong client relationships at the middle- and back-office level, serving as a trusted partner through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Developed subject matter expertise in products and processes; contributed to firm-wide initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and client service.
  • Partnered with Sales, Trading, Trade Support, and Settlements teams to deliver seamless execution and resolution of client transactions.
  • Implemented process improvements to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and enhance workflow efficiency.
