- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High moral and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in operating a forklift, with good hand-eye coordination and smooth hand and foot control
- Basic understanding of MSHA safety regulations
- Read and interpret packaging work orders accurately
- Select and use appropriate materials for packaging bulk bags
- Set up bulk bagging equipment for proper weights and optimal operation
- Arrange bulk bags neatly on required pallets or slip sheets
- Operate the stretch-wrap machine to secure packages
- Operate a forklift to move pallets and assist with hopper clean-up as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Prepare product placards with accurate names and lot numbers
- Collect and prepare lot composite samples for the QC lab
- Follow all QMS procedures and documentation relevant to the role, adhering to ISO requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
For safety reasons, employees will be required to wear a respirator and must have no facial hair
