In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized recommendations, educating customers about our diverse range of premium flower, edibles, concentrates, and more, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and consumption methods.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to ensure a safe and compliant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the dispensary.

Required skills:

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have previous experience in a customer service or retail role in the cannabis industry for at least 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
