**Budtender – Licensed Cannabis Dispensary** **Schedule:** Evening and weekend availability required (especially Saturday and Sunday closings); additional weekday shifts available We’re looking for a **personable and dependable Budtender** to join our licensed cannabis dispensary team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cannabis education, enthusiastic about customer service, and excited to create a welcoming and compliant retail experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, personalized product recommendations * Educate customers on cannabis products, including effects, dosages, and safe usage * Accurately process transactions using a digital POS system * Maintain full compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations * Assist with daily store operations, including cleanliness, merchandising, and opening/closing duties **Requirements:** * Prior experience in budtending or licensed cannabis retail preferred * Strong background in customer service or retail highly valued * Must be available for **evening and weekend shifts**, especially **Saturday and Sunday closings** * Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills * Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented * Willingness to learn and stay up to date in a highly regulated industry **About Vangst:** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
