Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on our curated selection of premium cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and concentrates.
• Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and desired effects.
• Educate customers on safe consumption methods, dosage, and product benefits.
•  Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and product restocking as needed.

•  Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
