Cannabis Sales Associate (Budtender)

Location: Halifax, MA | Status: Full-Time | Pay: $16–$19 per hour

The Cannabis Sales Associate (Budtender) provides exceptional customer service by helping guests select the right products for their needs while ensuring full compliance with state regulations. This role requires cannabis product knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for educating customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cannabis retail or budtending experience preferred
  • Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Educate guests on safe consumption, dosage, and product effects
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance at all times
  • Keep sales areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Stay informed about product offerings and new releases
Required skills:
  • Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience required
  • Strong cannabis product knowledge and communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
