Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Bud & Mary's mission and values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences within the cannabis industry.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Engage with customers through various channels, fostering a strong community around our brand.

Required skills:

Minimum age of 21 years.
Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel >150 miles to accounts.
Proven experience in brand marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Desired skills:

Experience with content creation and graphic design.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
Knowledge of compliance regulations within the cannabis industry.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Passion for cannabis culture and community engagement.
