Brand Ambassador

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brand in the community. The Brand Ambassador will play a key role in promoting products, engaging consumers, and supporting retail partners by building strong brand awareness and loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, knowledgeable about its products, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people in both professional and event settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent the brand at dispensaries, trade shows, community events, and pop-ups.
- Educate consumers, budtenders, and retail staff on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Build strong relationships with dispensary teams and customers to drive brand presence and sales.
- Provide samples, conduct product demonstrations (where permitted), and distribute marketing materials.
- Collect and report on consumer feedback, sales trends, and field insights.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in all displays, signage, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry compliance regulations and ensure all promotional activity follows state and company guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- 21+ years old with valid ID (required).
- Previous experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or event marketing strongly preferred.
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to events and retail locations.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends (preferred, but training provided).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time at events or in-store demos.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (event materials, samples, displays).
