Our client is a premium cannabis brand built on quality, innovation, and a bold identity. As they expand across New York State, they are looking for enthusiastic, well-spoken individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and love connecting people to a premium cannabis experience. **Primary Responsibilities** **Retail Engagement & Events**: * Coordinate and host in-store demonstrations, Patient Appreciation Days (PADs), pop-ups, and dispensary staff trainings. * Represent Honey King at trade shows, community events, and consumer-facing brand activations. **Content & Feedback Collection:** * Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and internal recaps. * Collect feedback from staff and customers using digital tools and surveys. **Logistics & Collaboration:** * Maintain sample kits and point-of-sale inventory, ensuring restocks are timely and organized. * Align with the Sales Manager on schedules, metrics, and territory coordination. * Assist with merchandising and other marketing campaigns as needed. **Qualifications** * Must be 21+ with a valid state-issued ID. * 1+ year experience in event marketing, cannabis education, or retail promotions. * Knowledge or interest in the NY cannabis market and adult-use compliance. * Strong communication, adaptability, and customer-facing confidence. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, digital surveys, and social media content creation. * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel across NYC (Thursday–Saturday availability required). **Compensation & Perks:** • Hourly Rate: $21–24 (commensurate with experience) • Paid product samples and employee discount • Mileage reimbursement for approved travel • Part-time (10–25 hours/week) with potential for full-time • Growth path into Field Marketing Lead or Sales Support roles • This is a remote position with occasional travel to NYC **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
