**Location:** Greater New York Area | **Pay:** $21/hr + mileage reimbursement | **Hours:** Up to 25 hrs/week

Role Summary\*\*
Our client is seeking **enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing individuals** to join our growing Field Marketing Team as **Brand Ambassador – Vibe Specialists** in New York. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, sharing great products, and wants to grow their career in the cannabis industry — all while having a ton of fun.
You’ll be the face of the company in the field, visiting dispensaries, engaging budtenders & store managers, and activating the brand through events. If you’re passionate about cannabis, ready to hustle, and can bring the vibes wherever you go — we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
**_Budtender Advocacy & Retail Support_**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary teams.
• Deliver product knowledge to confidently talk about company – Super Fog product features and benefits.
• Ensure retail staff are up to date on our products, brand values, promos, and unique selling points.
• Deliver budtender advocacy gifts and help activate national campaigns in store
**_Consumer Engagement & Activations_**
• Promote products at in-store demos, pop-ups, and community events.
• Represent the brand and vibe authentically — friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
• Capture in-the-field content to help drive digital engagement and brand storytelling via social media.
**_Merchandising & Brand Visibility_**
• Ensure displays and materials are set up correctly, well-stocked, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor merchandising conditions, perform regular refreshes, and communicate needs for restocks or updates.
• Elevate in-store visibility and drive trial through merchandising excellence.
• Audit online and instore digital menus for accuracy.
**_Resource & Inventory Management_**
• Take ownership of your event kits, SWAG, displays, and branded gear.
• Ensure all tools and materials are organized, ready for events, and in excellent condition.
• Report on inventory usage and coordinate with the Field Marketing team to replenish as needed.
**_Scheduling & Reporting_**
• Collaborate with the Director of Field and Trade to align schedules with sales goals and activation needs.
• Report all field activity (visits, trainings, activations, etc.) using internal tools to support performance tracking.
• Share field insights and consumer/retail feedback to help shape future marketing and sales strategies.
**Availability**
• Up to **25 hours/week**, flexible based on your availability and event needs.
• **Preferred availability Monday- Friday 9AM-7PM. Flexible on weekends.**
• Availability required during **blackout periods** (e.g., 4/20).
• Travel up to 30 miles from your home base may be required.
**What You’ll Bring**
• Must be **21 years or older** with valid ID.
• **Reliable transportation (Preferred)** (car, truck, or van – no scooters or bikes).
• **Valid driver’s license** with clean driving record (preferred).
• No felony convictions per industry compliance requirements.
• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or cannabis is preferred.
• Passion for cannabis and a curiosity to keep learning.
• Excellent listening, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and a team player — “on time” is late!
• Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and setting up display materials.
• Social media and content creation skills are a plus!
