### **About the Role:** We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our company and showcase our premium products directly at our partner dispensary locations. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll bring great energy, connect with customers, and help educate them about our brand and products in a positive, professional way. You’ll be the face of our brand — responsible for creating a fun, engaging experience that builds awareness, drives sales, and strengthens relationships with dispensary staff and clients. * * * ### **Responsibilities:** - Set up and manage branded demo tables at client dispensary locations. - Greet customers warmly and introduce them to our product line. - Provide product education — highlight features, benefits, and brand story. - Engage customers with an upbeat, positive attitude and strong product knowledge. - Hand out samples (as permitted) and promotional materials. - Communicate feedback from customers and dispensary staff to our sales/marketing team. - Maintain professionalism and ensure compliance with all dispensary rules and regulations. - Represent the company’s values and maintain a polished, professional appearance. - Track attendance, demo hours, and report on each event. * * * ### **Qualifications:** - Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality — comfortable engaging with new people. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. - Experience in promotions, demos, cannabis industry, or retail sales preferred. - Must be 21 years or older with valid ID (required for dispensary settings). - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs for setup/breakdown. - Must have reliable transportation to visit various client locations. * * * ### **Schedule & Compensation:** - Flexible schedule — events typically run 2–5 hours per shift, various days and times. - Work is on-site at local dispensaries (locations vary). - Competitive hourly pay plus potential bonuses or incentives. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
