Travel/Mileage:
All travel is reimbursed per the IRS mileage rate and an hourly rate is paid for travel. Travel is measured, roundtrip, from your remote “office” location to the location of the retail store/in-person event, less a standard commute calculation of 20 miles roundtrip, unless leaving from the Lion Labs / Sonoran Roots facility.
Expectations:
- Working directly with the Sales Account Rep to schedule each week and report field marketing
- Reporting to the Lion Labs Marketing Director and checking in weekly with the Lead Brand Ambassador
- Create and upload content that encourages the public to engage with brands and products, digitally and in-person
- Execute the Vendor Day Marketing Program, with consistency and passion
- This role is customer service based and must be adaptable to “on-the-fly” changes and directions, be able to multi-task and prioritize needs accordingly
- Deliver retail staff trainings in an engaging way that leaves all external staff excited and 25% more knowledgeable about the Lion Labs brands and products
- Increase sell-through with in-person vendor days by 25%
- Report on in-store and in-person activities immediately following each activity
Responsibilities:
- Promoting Lion Labs products
- Answering the public’s questions about Lion Labs and all products and brands
- Attending events and product launches to report about new products and providing positive feedback about Lion Labs brands on digital platforms
- Provide sampling and product demonstrations to consumers and engage budtenders via education and sampling on Lion Labs products and brands
