Lead and manage all daily operations of the branch.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and community involvement.
Drive business development initiatives to grow the branch’s customer base.
Oversee compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all branch operations.
Represent United Community’s values of integrity, service, and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
NMLS registration required.
Experience in consumer and residential lending.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Knowledge of consumer and small business lending operations, teller and CSR functions, and bank products/services.
Familiarity with banking regulations (state and federal), financial policies, and compliance standards.
Strong communication, mentoring, and public relations skills.
Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
