Our client located in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a Benefits Manager for a direct hire position.

Benefits Manager Role:

• Lead and manage comprehensive benefits administration for all employee welfare programs, including medical coverage, dental and vision plans, life insurance, and more.
• Serve as the main contact for external benefit providers, manage claim resolutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers and vendors, guide employees through benefit processes, and oversee benefit budget management.
• Handle financial oversight, benefit registrations, customer service, compliance initiatives, and retirement offerings.
• Administer leave of absence programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate annual Open Enrollment campaigns.

Benefits Manager Background Profile:

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of benefit plan architecture, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
• Proven track record of success in benefit program implementation and management.
