Job Description

We are looking for Banquet Servers to join our premium event service team. This is a physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for preparing, serving, and clearing food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Arrive in the required uniform and attend pre-function meetings for event briefings

• Follow instructions from the Premium Services Manager and/or Supervisor for each event

• Assist in gathering and setting up banquet equipment, flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces

• Prepare garnishes, condiments, beverages, and bread service as directed

• Set up event rooms and place settings according to service standards

• Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner throughout the event

• Respond promptly to guest needs and report concerns to supervisors

• Break down tables and equipment after events and return items to storage

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times

• Follow company grooming standards and adhere to all service procedures and guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned
