Description

As an AV Technician at Encore®, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth audio-visual experiences for our clients' events. Your day will be filled with setting up, operating, and breaking down various audio-visual equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. You'll collaborate with event teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain the highest standards of service and safety as you work in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Service and Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in audio-visual (AV) technology or live events is strongly preferred.
• Experience in an educational environment with audio-visual equipment is beneficial.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing AV equipment before events.
• Ability to ensure a flawlessly executed event through timely setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment.
• Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them effectively and quickly.
• Understanding of company security and safety measures, adhering to all protocols.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Capability to report health and safety concerns to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager or Project Manager on-site.
• Experience working as part of a team on larger-scale projects.
