Automotive Technician (Part-Time, Mobile)

We’re hiring Part-Time (Casual) Automotive Technicians to handle brake repair jobs on the weekends. If you’re an experienced mechanic who values flexibility, good pay, and independence — this is for you.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Pay per job (commission-based):

  • $50 per axle (pads only)

  • $25 per axle (rotors only)

  • $75 per axle (pads + rotors)

  • Example: $150 for pads + rotors on both axles

• Guaranteed minimum: $25 per slot if commissions don’t exceed that period’s guarantee

• Average daily earnings: $100–$400/day depending on jobs completed

• Weekly pay via direct deposit (Wednesdays)

• Flexible schedule (primarily Saturdays & Sundays)

(Most technicians earn between $25–$50/hr depending on the number of jobs completed.)

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer locations (Nashville - Davidson area)

• Diagnose and repair brake issues

• Perform brake pad, rotor, drum, shoe, and caliper repairs/replacements

• Provide professional, reliable, and friendly customer service

• Represent NuBrakes with integrity and workmanship

✅ Requirements

• At least 5+ years mechanic experience (diagnosis & repair)

• Must own:

  • Diagnostic scan tool (for electronic parking brakes)

  • Torque wrench and standard brake repair tools

• Reliable, insured, and presentable transportation

• ASE A5 certification preferred (not required)

• Strong understanding of brake systems across makes/models

• Pass background check, drug test, and MVR

• High energy, professional, and customer-service oriented
