Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers as the first point of contact with professionalism and courtesy.
• Direct clients to the appropriate service advisor or department personnel.
• Assist with initial vehicle check-in, ensuring accurate customer documentation.
• Answer general service-related inquiries and provide helpful guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area.
• Support the service team with administrative tasks and customer coordination.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience required; automotive industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
