We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Banker to join our team in Holland, MI. You’ll be the face of the branch, helping people with everyday banking needs while building lasting relationships in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly, manage lobby traffic, and help schedule appointments

• Assist with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, debit card reorders, and address updates

• Educate customers on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs

• Help open new accounts when needed

• Support branch operations (e.g., cash vault, ATM management) following all banking procedures and policies

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• 6+ months of customer service experience

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

• Cash handling experience

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with technology and a desire to help customers use digital tools

• Positive attitude and professionalism in a team environment
