As an Assembly Team Member at Rivian, you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative electric adventure vehicles to life. Your day will be filled with assembling various components, ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards of quality. You will work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth operations while using hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence will be essential as you help create the future of sustainable transportation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred
• Five or more years of experience in a traditional automotive repair shop preferred
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Comfortable navigating a laptop or computer in a Windows or Mac environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Knowledge of electric vehicle technologies and components
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
