• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk 2.5+ miles per shift
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Willingness to bend, lift, sit, and rotate job tasks as needed

• Assemble components individually or as part of a team according to specifications and build schedules
• Conduct performance tests and make adjustments using testing equipment
• Operate hoists, motorized vehicles, and material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Participate in training, cross-training, and job rotation
• Fill in for other team members as needed
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
