Description

As an Assembler at Balance Staffing, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your key responsibilities will include assembling precision components in a cleanroom environment, utilizing tools like torque screwdrivers, and working meticulously under a microscope. A typical day might involve handling small parts, applying adhesives, and ensuring that all tasks are performed with the utmost care to maintain a secure and tidy workspace. You will be part of a dynamic team that values quality and efficiency in every aspect of the assembly process.

We have both first and second shifts available!

Requirements

• Cleanroom experience is mandatory.

• Proven experience working under a microscope.

• Ability to effectively use torque screwdrivers and other small tools.

• Experience in handling small parts and screws with precision.

• Chemical handling experience, particularly with adhesives and alcohol.

• Strong ability to work in a secure and clean environment.

• Willingness to work on both 1st and 2nd shift schedules.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced assembly techniques or specialized procedures.

• Familiarity with quality control processes in a production setting.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
